Title II of the ADA

Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (Title II or ADA) require, among other things, that the

district provides students with disabilities an equal opportunity to participate in all school activities and that it ensures, through the provision of auxiliary aids and services, that communication with students with disabilities is as effective as communication with students without disabilities.
